Héros

Dans une Suisse alternative, une curieuse épidémie de caquelons explosifs sème la terreur dans les cantons… Quatre improbables héros joignirent leurs forces pour tenter de sauver le pays de la destruction.

Balloo

Balloo

BALLOO IS THE ELDEST of three brothers and one of the main characters in the story. Like the other representatives of the “third gender” in the story, he has the gift of life and the ability to speak. He thinks he is brave, but he is prone to the uncertainties of adolescence and rather obvious honey cravings. Something of a tyrant with his brothers, he is also fearful and lacks respect, but he is blessed with a gift for sharp humour that often hits home. Despite himself, or perhaps not, he finds himself embarking on an adventure with his two brothers which, we hope, will change him considerably, and for the better.Find him with his brothers on Mamelouk! By the way, Balloo is also on Speedygram and Zébri

Zébri

ZEBRI IS THE MIDDLE CHILD. Calmer, but just as intelligent, he knows how to build a bridge between his older and their younger brother. A fan of electronic music, to which he would like to devote himself in the future, Zebri goes to the same multilingual school in the suburbs of Zuriq. He also likes looking at photos of semi-clad starlets in the gutter press that he comes across on public transport. Will he know not to ignore precious clues along the way? Find him with his brothers on Mamelouk!

Touki (aka Touk-Touk)

Touki (aka Touk-Touk)

TOUKI IS THE YOUNGEST AND MOST EMOTIONAL OF THE THREE, although not as grumpy as Balloo. He has a trendy multi-coloured Rasta look and he is something of the opposite of his brother in that he is not very good at French, but boy can he fly! Despite this, his natural empathy could well be the undoing of our heroes. Whatever may come, he is also an indispensable fellow-adventurer who can sometimes demonstrate surprising resourcefulness despite his limited vocabulary. Find him with his brothers on Mamelouk!

Hans-Pierre

Hans-Pierre

HANS-PIETER IS ESSENTIALLY THE MAIN ANTI-HERO, AND INCIDENTALLY THEIR FATHER. Yes, really. A fan of rock-climbing, squash and bird-watching when he can, this ex-banker has also been unemployed for several months. He has chosen not to tell his family, however, and the masquerade is still holding because of the many schemes which he has meticulously put into place. Just five years away from the turning point of the half-century, he is dubious about his future, but the technology with which he surrounds himself is a precious tool, albeit if truth be told, it is mostly used by other people.
